Finance Application F.A.Q.
Q. How much do i need to spend in order to apply for finance?
A. A minimum order value of £500.00 is required (Maximum £25,000.00)

Q. Who is eligible to apply for finance?
A. Any UK resident, 18 years of age or older. Proof of address & signature will be required. Finance is available for domestic & business customers.

Q. Who will my finance agreement be with?
A. This will depend on the success of your application. We have a range of lenders & if your application is approved, the finance company will contact you to discuss further.

Q. How long will it take to receive a decision?
A. We submit completed applications the same day (excluding weekends) & usually obtain a decision within 24hours.

Q. Once my application is approved, what happens next?
A. Once your application is approved and you have returned the credit agreement, there is a 14 day "cooling off" Period. This is your "right to cancel" period in case you change your mind. After this 14 day period has passed, we will process your order and keep you informed of delivery. Please note that you will need to sign for receipt of the goods and delivery must be made to the home address and signed for by the person on the credit agreement only.

Q. if you decline/refuse my application, what is the reason?
A. This could either be because of bad credit history, or the finance company may feel you already have enough financial commitments. If finance is declined and you wish to appeal, we can advise you of who to contact.

Q. Can I change my order in part or whole after applying for finance?
A. No.

Q. How do I complete the finance application form?
A. Click to download the finance application document and save to your computer. Fill in the required information by replacing the example answers with your own information.
